This offer is only available in
the 48 states. For Alaska, Hawaii and all International orders
please call for a very
reasonable quote.
Memory
Foam Mattress Pad Toppers and Pillows:
We offer Super Fast Shipping via either Fed EX Ground or UPS
- we usually ship the next day. We expedite all topper orders.
All other toppers we sell are shipped out the next day if
you order by noon (EST). When your topper or pillows are
shipped you will receive email notification of the shipping
date, tracking number, and estimated date of arrival at your
home. We can offer this service whether you order by phone,
fax or e-mail; all we need is a correct e-mail address at
the time of your order.
Shipping is free for both pillow and topper orders within
the lower 48 US states. For any other worldwide destination,
please ask us for a shipping quote.
Return of Airbed Mattresses and Memory Foam Products:
We ship your airbed or topper to you free and ask that you try it out for a minimum of a week. Then if you decide to keep it, which most of our customers do, you never pay shipping. It is only if you decide to return the product that you will need to pay the return shipping to us. You have 30 days to decide if you are happy with your new air bed mattress or memory foam product. If you are not, please call us to arrange a return authorization then we will give you the return shipping instructions. The return shipping must be pre-paid and arranged by the customer.
Note on Cancellations
You have a 24 hour grace period to cancel your order. Our products ship promptly, so any cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $250. After 24 hours your air mattress is most likely already on its way to you. The $250 deduction is to cover the return shipping and/or processing fees. It will be deducted from your payment refund.
Any product that is cancelled after it arrives to you is subject to our 30 day trial period policies. Refusal of a product when it arrives to you is also considered a 30 day trial return and is subject to our 30 day trial policies.
