The
Ultimate Sleep Airbed Warranty
The Ultimate Sleep Airbed has been manufactured
using the highest available quality materials and workmanship.
It has been carefully inspected and found free of defects. The provisions of this warranty apply to the original
owner of the product so long as the warranty provisions
remain in effect.
In the event
of a defect, contact Ultimate Sleep Inc. 800-508-1008.
Provide proof of purchase, explain
the defect and return the defective part, following
Ultimate Sleep Inc. products instructions.
DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 21
DAYS OF BEING OUT OF SERVICE. Freight costs to and from the authorized repair
facility are the responsibility of the mattress owner.
At no charge to you we will determine the nature of
the defect and if the fault is ours we will repair
or replace it at our option; subject to the pro-rated
charges set forth below. Authorization from the factory
to return products must be obtained prior to return. Our 20 year warranty will be pro-rated as follows
from the date of purchase:
- The
first year no additional charge.
- The
next 14 years 50% of the then current manufacturer's
suggested retail price of the affected item.
- Year
16: 30% of the then current manufacturer's suggested
retail price of parts and labor.
- Year
17: 25% of the then current manufacturer's suggested
retail price of parts and labor.
- Year
18: 20% of the then current manufacturer's suggested
retail price of parts and labor.
- Year
19: 15% of the then current manufacturer's suggested
retail price of parts and labor.
- Year
20: 10% of the then current manufacturer's
suggested retail price of parts and labor.
This warranty covers workmanship and materials. Implied warranties are limited to the terms of
this warranty. In no event shall the company be liable
to the buyer or any other party for indirect or consequential
damages. This warranty is additionally
subject to the following conditions: 1. Warranty does not apply to bedding, if upon
inspection by Ultimate Sleep, it is unsanitary or been
subjected to abnormal use. 2. If identical
materials are not available at the time of repair or
replacement
we reserve the
right to substitute materials. 3. Mattress is for indoor use only and for conventional
purposes only. 4. Tampering with automatic pump is subject to
voiding pump warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights
and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state. Some states do not allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty will last or the exclusion
limitation of indirect or consequential damages, so
the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to
you. Normal leveling or flattening out of filling materials
or body impressions, which occur in normal use of the
mattress, are not covered in the warranty. Body impressions
in a new mattress indicate that the upholstery layers
are conforming to your body's individual contours.
These are not structural defects but normal occurrences
in the performance of the mattress. If mattress is returned in compliance with the
above and found to be defective, the remedies set forth
above shall be made by Ultimate Sleep Inc.
RETURN
INSTRUCTIONS: Any part to be returned must be sanitary, unsoiled, undamaged and
odor free
or warranty will
not apply and service will be refused. In the
event of a defect; contact VINYL PRODUCTS MFR., INC.
at 775-882-4472. explain the defect and return defective
part following VINYL PRODUCTS instructions. Include
your sales receipt and a copy of the warranty.
WARNING: Infants 12 months or younger can suffocate
while sleeping when they:
- become
trapped between mattress and frame or wall
- become
wedged against adult and mattress
- sink
into mattress while on stomach
- never
let infants sleep on this mattress.
